The illustration accompanying this C-4 mask description shows the (wearer's) right side inlet port missing its polymeric outer ring. This is obviously one of the many defective SNC manufactured C-4s that were released by Canada as surplus, the defect consisting of improper bonding agents used in the construction of the mask's ports, which resulted in components being knocked off. Although the C-4, when properly QC'd (i.e. those in use by Canadian Forces and issued to them by the Government), is an excellent protective respirator, the mask shown is NOT one of them (from the evidence of the damaged right side linlet port. Unless you can certify this mask as being one of the most recent (Canadian government certified) models, it should be described and sold as a defective specimen.
